The Saturday Evening Post highlights the health benefits of Carotino

We were thrilled to see Carotino featured in Wendy Braun’s latest column in The Saturday Evening Post. The medical editor of this prestigious magazine that has historical ties to Benjamin Franklin poses the question “are all fats created equal?” Braun discusses how the rich blend of fatty acids and antioxidants found in Carotino may help support eye, skin and heart health and how it is a great alternative to olive oil for cooking and baking. She also includes a seared halibut and salad recipe using a Red Palm Oil vinaigrette from our favorite chef, Gerard Viverito.
