Raspberry Vinaigrette

People have been flavoring their salads with customized dressings for thousands of years. Some of today’s most delicious dressings are the result of people experimenting with long trusted ingredients. Build off of this tradition by including a splash of Carotino Red Palm & Canola Oil. Its characteristic, vibrant red color, due to high beta carotene content, will give a lovely twist to your traditional vinaigrette. If you’re feeling adventurous, add your favorite herbs to this basic recipe for even more variety.


3 tbsp Carotino Red Palm & Canola Oil

1 tbsp raspberry vinegar (or a good balsamic)

Note: Fresh, finely chopped herbs — including basil, parsley, garlic, chili, dill, coriander, lemongrass or chives — can be added singularly or in combinations for different flavor variations.

Cooking Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in a screw topped jar.

2. Season to taste.

3. Shake well.

4. Dress salad.
